I did a little bit of learning about typography before I started, and I found some examples on Pinterest.

In task2, we need to typeset the article on the a3 canvas and design the title. It's a challenge for me. I made the title first, but needed to use another title, so I made a new one.
This is a bit of a title making process that I did on Ai to prove that I did it on my own.

After designing the title, I started to make some simple changes to my layout.

I like regular typography, which makes me feel clean and tidy. It won't look cluttered.
I did several layouts, and I used the most traditional layout, trying to make them neat and generous.

And after listening to Mr. Vionds, I started changing the font and the size and the spacing of the lines.

Reflection
Experience
In task2, my process was very smooth. I was able to combine the design headings I learned in the previous exercises with the layout of the A4 layout. Therefore, I was very proficient in the operation of this task, no matter it was id or Ai. However, in the process, I don't think I have a good grasp of the relationship between layout. I think I still need more practice in typesetting and read more books.
Observation
In this assignment, I can find that my weak point is typesetting. I can't master the layout method well. However, after observing other students' homework, I can find that everyone pursues the uniformity of typesetting, but everyone ignores the need to reserve some space to balance the picture. I reserved a part of the blank space in the later revision and adjustment to balance the sense of volume of the title
Findings
In this exercise, I found that my thinking was completely framed in a fixed thinking mode when I was doing task2. My traditional cognition makes me think that typesetting is more about uniformity. However, after observation and practice, I found that uniformity can be achieved in many ways, such as making the picture balance and appropriate white space. Will make up for a lot of shortcomings.

The author brings our attention to the technicalities of design through the intangibles aspects. It is a refreshing way for me to look at the techniques of design, the aspects mentioned are the following but the one I am interested in the most is appropriateness.
